Enclosed neighborhood of 373 homes between Mahan Drive and Capital Circle Southeast, developed in the late 1990s-early 2000s. Named 2012 Neighborhood of the Year, it borders conservation land and hosts community events like Oktoberfest. Near Tom Brown Park and Lake Lafayette trails.
